/chongo/tech/comp/cgi/referrer

otherwise the forced referrer CGI will object.

If you access the forced referrer CGI from this page you are viewing now, the forced referrer CGI will object.

However if you access the forced referrer CGI from the correct page, the forced referrer CGI will approve.
